About this policy

This policy explains how the Fleet Operations dashboard (the “Dashboard”) handles information when authorized organization staff use it to manage courier, company, payment, and report operations. The organization that provides your Dashboard account is responsible for the business data entered into it.

Information handled

  • Account and security information: usernames, password hashes, access roles, and encrypted session cookies used to sign users in and protect the Dashboard.
  • Operational information: courier and company records, contact details, group assignments, payment records, platform reports, uploaded documents, and invoice details managed by the organization.
  • Google account authorization: the Dashboard stores OAuth credentials on its server to access Google Drive. The Drive permission can access files in the authorizing account; the Dashboard uses it for its configured invoice folder and related invoice files. Google Sheets access for dashboard data and invoice spreadsheet contents is handled by the organization's configured Google integration.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate authorized users, provide fleet-management features, read and update the organization's Google Sheets data, store and process invoice files in Google Drive, and maintain the security and operation of the Dashboard. The Dashboard does not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to develop or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Google data and third parties

Google data is accessed only to provide the features requested by the organization and is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google processes data under its own privacy terms. The Dashboard's hosting and database providers may process information only as needed to run the service. Access is limited to the organization's authorized administrators and staff.

Storage, security, and retention

Login data is stored in the Dashboard's configured database. Operational and invoice data is stored in the organization's configured Google services. OAuth credentials are stored in the server environment and are not intended to be exposed to users' browsers. The Dashboard uses encrypted session cookies and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Information is retained while needed to operate the Dashboard and meet the organization's business or legal requirements. Organization administrators manage business records and may request deletion of OAuth access by revoking the Dashboard's access in their Google Account security settings.

Your choices and questions

Contact the organization administrator who provided your Dashboard account to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information in the Dashboard. The Google account owner can review or revoke the Dashboard's Google access through their Google Account security settings. Revoking access will stop Google Drive features from working until authorization is restored.
